For over twenty years now AlmavivA Contact is leading Italian provider of outsourced CRM services to the public and private sectors. Due to an increasingly shrinking domestic market, with declining profits, the company finds itself at a crossroads.

The reaction has been to think up a hugely innovative corporate model, which is the subject of our conversation with Andrea Antonelli, CEO of AlmavivA Contact."
"Under pressure to cut back costs, and especially labor costs, many companies are taking the path of relocating to countries with lower salaries and high employment flexibility. At AlmavivA Group we are convinced that relocation is not a sound business strategy, because we believe that it is unsustainable in the medium term. Instead, businesses should pursue determined and far-reaching policies. We believe that this period of hardship can be effectively tackled with new ideas and perspectives."
