Antonia Cardinale - Almaviva; Lucia Libraro - Almaviva Digitaltec; Silvia Mazzini - Almawave; Claudia Raimo - Almaviva; and Eleonora Rugari - Kline. These are this year’s Almaviva Group Role Models, professionals from the digital technology field who will inspire the students of the ELIS School-Enterprise System project, helping them to navigate their academic and career choices.
They are individuals tasked with building and promoting a true model of leadership, within a community of generous women who aim to tear down gender stereotypes, offering their professional and personal experience as a guide to the younger generation.
Since 2018, over 1,000 female professionals have participated in the Role Model project of the Elis School-Enterprise System, meeting more than 66,000 students across Italy.
“Collaboration between schools and enterprises is essential if we want to support career development pathways that are aligned with new professional opportunities,” commented Almaviva Group HR Director, Marina Irace. “We’ve supported the Role Model Project from the very beginning, certain of the importance of inspiring an open and innovative cultural model.”
